Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, job application, newsletter form or chatbot lead form, we may collect your name, company, email, phone, requirement, resume, consent choice, page and campaign information. Basic security records may include an IP address and user agent.
How we use information
Submitted information is used to respond, review applications, manage follow-up, prevent abuse, understand campaign performance and improve services. Rankers Mind does not sell personal information.
AI assistant and external media
Recent assistant context is kept in your browser and chatbot messages are stored in the Rankers Mind database so authorised administrators can review service quality, failures, escalation and captured leads. A request may also be processed by the configured AI provider. Approved local knowledge is used when that provider is unavailable. Do not enter passwords, payment details, government identifiers or other sensitive information. External Instagram, YouTube or Vimeo media loads only after you choose to play it and is then governed by that platform’s privacy terms.
Careers and resumes
Job applications and resumes are stored in a protected server directory and are available only to authorised administrators. They are used for recruitment and retained only as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose and any legal obligations.
Legal basis and retention
Enquiry and application information is processed to respond to your request or review your application. Consent is recorded where requested. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, security and legal obligations.
Service providers
Hosting, email, analytics, AI or business software providers may process limited information on our behalf under their terms. Optional analytics remains inactive when no identifier is configured.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
